New Client Policy

Please make sure to have added a Consultation Service to your appointment and fill out the intake forms to the best of your ability. This will allow ample time to discuss, ask, or clarify any questions you or I may have related to the filled-out paperwork.

Time Policy

It is recommended to silence your phone for your treatment (you may also charge and disinfect it). Please consider this as your precious self-care time during which you can temporarily check out of reality for much-needed restoration. Calls taken during an appointment may occupy your treatment time or interfere with optimal treatment outcomes.

Child Policy

Please make childcare arrangements, so you can enjoy your appointment with a brief respite from your children. Children will not be allowed to attend the appointment with you.

Elfin Spa Fairy highly recommends making appointments in advance and/or pre-booking before leaving your service. This will ensure the ability to secure the best time that fits your schedule. To schedule, cancel, adjust, or reschedule an appointment, please use the online booking at www.elfinspafairy.com or text at 801-234-0805.

Ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment, although Elfin Spa Fairy will provide a courtesy appointment reminder (if they have opted in for notifications) via email/text 48 hours and 3 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Treatments at Elfin Spa Fairy are designed to deliver the most benefits within the time reserved. To ensure each client receives stellar service, please arrive promptly.

I understand life gets busy and issues can arise which can cause you to be late for your appointment. However, please text/call to inform Elfin Spa Fairy if this ever occurs so I can try to accommodate you.

Since appointments are important to me, I cannot exceed your reserved time without making the next client late.

Therefore, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a loss of time from your treatment, or your service may have to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation/Missed Appointment and Refund Policy

Elfin Spa Fairy reserves the right to require a credit card to book appointments.

In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, Elfin Spa Fairy maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy which will be provided in your 48-hour email reminder. Please remember to cancel or reschedule if needed.

Late cancellations will result in a fee (30% of service) that must be resolved to reschedule.

Missed appointments will result in a fee (50% of service) and must be resolved to reschedule.

No exceptions.

Fees may be waived at the therapist’s discretion.

Thanks to you, Elfin Spa Fairy is a busy place! If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance, please ask to be placed on a Waiting List. Should an opening occur, you will receive a notification to reserve that time for yourself if you choose.

Service Refunds

Prepaid services or monies paid in advance may be credited towards future services or retail items at Elfin Spa Fairy; no refunds will be allowed.

To ensure you receive the most favorable outcome, Elfin Spa Fairy performs thorough consultations which require your participation and honest feedback.

Last Minute Illness or Emergency

I understand emergencies can arise and illnesses occur at inopportune times.

Bugs occasionally creep up on us suddenly. Your health is invaluable, as is mine. If you have been sick within the last 4 days or have been exposed to Covid-19 within the last 7 days, please reschedule.

Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. Please do not risk your safety trying to make your appointment.

Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Should an Illness or Emergency Arise for Jiny

Your appointment is very important to me, as is your trust and confidence. Your rescheduled appointment may include an upgrade or discount, which will be determined by the value and type of treatment that was unexpectedly canceled.

Duty to Inform Policy

Your health and safety are of paramount importance at Elfin Spa Fairy. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure on all intake forms and during all pre-service consultations.

Please refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs within the last 12 to 24 hours before your appointment. If consumed, a spa treatment can cause/have harmful effects on your body.

If a guest has failed to inform of any pre-existing or newly acquired conditions that would make treatment inadvisable, then Elfin Spa Fairy will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions brought on by services completed within the treatment room, especially if it was related to services done outside of Elfin Spa Fairy.

Please inform me of any new conditions, major/minor injuries, or surgeries as soon as possible. Thank you for allowing me to help keep you safe and healthy.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

The licensed professional, at their discretion, reserves the right to refuse services or cancel appointments with any individual for any reason and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.

If a behavioral issue is exhibited, depending on said issue, there may also be a report filed with the local authorities if necessary. Don’t be a creep.

Sometimes a service should not or cannot be performed; Elfin Spa Fairy appreciates your trust in the judgment of the trained professional.

Payment, Gratuity, and Gift Vouchers Policy

Elfin Spa Fairy accepts Venmo, cash, HSA, and all major credit cards.

Gratuity is not necessary unless you insist. I would instead love a glowing referral. Compliments about my work are always the best kind of gratuity. <3

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only. They cannot be combined with other vouchers, and are not valid with any other specials, promos, or offers. No extension of the expiration date from the date of issue will be allowed. Redeemable on weekdays only.

Product Return and Exchanges Policy

Client safety and product integrity are important; therefore product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, and unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Anything said by your spa technician is not medical advice and is strictly opinions/recommendations based on knowledge and extensive experience.

State law prohibits spa professionals from diagnosing and treating clients with hair/skin/nail/bone/body abnormalities of any kind. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for a service, you will be referred to an appropriate physician/specialist.

If you are experiencing a medical condition, please seek the advice of your primary health care provider. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcome to come back for treatments. Privacy Policy

Elfin Spa Fairy respects a client’s privacy and will not release any customer information to third parties unless given explicit written permission from the client. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only, and will never be shared, sold, etc. Emails and physical addresses are used solely for communication between Elfin Spa Fairy and its clients. 

Elfin Spa Fairy respects your time and attention by carefully controlling the frequency of digital communication. If you would prefer to cease receiving mail/email, or to change your expressed interests, simply use the “Contact Me” on the website and your privacy preferences will be updated.
